"Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one recieves the prize?
Run in such a way that you may obtain it."
1 Cor 9:24
Doyle Motocross Training uses a progression based riding program designed to help new and exper-ienced riders of all age and skill levels. Jason Doyle describes his program as for the rider, by the rider. His goal is to get you riding smoother and safer, and as a perk, you WILL become faster.
Jason is only interested in teaching what will help you as an individual rider, not just in general. Going through the motions and skipping technique to technique is useless when not properly understood. For example, if cornering is your struggle (welcome to the club), Jason won't just tell you the proper technique and simply move on. He will use every drill in his arsenal until he see's improvement and understanding, in other words, progression.
Jason, an AMA licensed professional since 2004, has been teaching motocross at Cycle Ranch Mx in Texas for the past 2 years. He began teaching 8 years ago with Motokazie Race Schools (motokazie.com) in central Minnesota. Jason's had the opportunity to ride and train with many successful pro riders along his path, riders such as Ryan Dungey, Heath Voss, Brock Sellards, Matt Goerke, Robbie Reynard, and he's always excited to bring his new knowledge to his students.
There is NOT only one correct way to ride a dirt bike. The greatest aspect of motocross is that so many different styles can be effective in becoming a great rider. However, there are 4 basic techniques that must be learned, no matter if your goal is to become a national caliber pro racer or just a safer local practice rider.
Jason teaches his students the necessary techniques, along with all areas of cornering, jumping, braking, starts, balance, throttle control, weight transition, etc, through the use of drills on flat ground as well as plenty of track time. When pounding out moto laps, Jason will strap his Powerstart infrared lap timer to your bike to measure your progress, the numbers don't lie !
Jason is constantly trying to better his own riding and isn't afraid to tell his students all the secrets of successful riding technique. He does not just stand trackside and watch from afar, he rides right alongside you and will show prime examples on the bike of what he explains off the bike.
Jason can also help you with understanding basic maintenance of your motorcycle, ergonomic and suspension set-up, health and nutrition, and the mental side of racing. Jason has worked, trained, and rode hard to get where he is, now it's time you let him help you get where you want to be!
